Behind the scenes is Mehmet Gürs, the chef and entrepreneur who’s been guiding Mürver since the first day. Mürver’s journey originally started with Gürs’ wish to create a truly İstanbulite restaurant built around honest, good food and live fire and has been growing constantly over the years.
